Warranty Policy
VAPEPIE provides a quality warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase to distributors and wholesalers. The warranty policy applies only to customers who purchase authentic VAPEPIE products. If a counterfeit product was purchased, support and warranty issues should be directed to the direct dealer.
How To Submit A Warranty Claim
Please contact the store where your device was purchased and keep proof of purchase in case warranty service is needed.
Checklist
Before submitting a warranty claim, please make sure the date of purchase is within the 14-day warranty period.
Keep a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Keep the authentic code located on the package.
Since this is a disposable product, returns or replacement may not be accepted. Please ask before leaving the store whether warranty is available and whether the product can be tested in person.
